Josie just keeps getting bigger. It’s really fun to photograph a baby several times in their first year. She’s much chunkier than she was in our first shoot. Her parents tell me she’s off the charts in height – definitely a Wiers.
She’ll be very popular with the boys with this kind of behavior.

We scheduled this maternity session just in time. Five days after the shoot, their little girl arrived. I’m so glad we got some photos of Carmen and Jeff before the baby came. It’s fun to look back at that cool pregnancy time.
We’ve known Jeff and Carmen ever since we arrived in Southern California from the snowy north. We’ve been in bible studies together, gone to church together, and most importantly we’ve rocked out together. These guys are great. I had the awesome opportunity to go take some photos of their new arrival in the hospital (photos coming soon), and no one could be happier to be a dad than Jeff. Their little girl is very lucky to have these two as parents.
Some photo setups fail, and its best to just laugh.
