It’s too bad we grow out of the age when the world looks like a Sammy Davis Jr. song, when even foam noodles are fair game to gnaw on.

Birthday Bash!

Since Julie’s new sweet camera hadn’t arrived yet, she asked me to take a few photos of Eva’s birthday party at the DeKocks. We had a great time.

Eva got totally blitzed!

Then she took off all her clothes and jumped in the pool.

Her dad got tackled into the pool (fully clothed) by Kyle, and then posed for a few “bring-on-the-sexy” shots.

The rest of the party was pretty routine.

Eva gave a speech about the ongoing California budget stalemate.

And then buckled under the pressure of entertaining.

Eva’s friends were serious party animals.

Next, I’ll show you how excited Debo gets during gift-opening time.
