Wow! She has gotten big in just a few months. She’s got so many great expressions, she just kept giving us a new look every time I lifted the camera. Look deep into her eyes and you can see a very proud dad smiling back at you.

Sessions with friends are always fun because I don’t have to worry about saying something inappropriate during the shoot. Friends expect it from the start. I probably made a few too many comments about Matt being a Calvin Klein model or something.
Yeah, you know what I’m talkin’ about.

They hadn’t taken professional photos since their wedding fourteen years ago! So I was honored to get the call to schedule a family shoot with the Nielsons. We had a great time walking around the park. I had no idea what a riot these guys are. Photo shoots tend to bring out the crazy in people, I think. Thanks Nielsons!
There was a fire in Riverside that night. The ash thrown into the air can make for a great sunset.
